Moab Music Festival

Music in Concert with the Landscape. A unique series of chamber music concerts amidst the striking natural beauty of the red rock canyon country in Southeastern Utah, featuring internationally acclaimed artists.

The year 2002 marked a momentous anniversary in the history of the Moab Music Festival as it celebrated the 10th season of bringing world-class chamber music concerts to southeastern Utah. Each year, musicians and music lovers alike, come from across the country and around the globe to perform and listen to classical music masterpieces, old and new, set against some of nature's most spectacular masterpieces.

The Moab Music Festival offers unique programming with diverse styles of music -- classical chamber music, works of living composers, latin, folk, and jazz. The Music Festival also uses diverse venues to highlight the spectacular red rock scenery of the Canyonlands and Arches National Parks surrounding Moab, Utah.

The signature events of the Moab Music Festival are the Colorado River Benefit concerts in which Festival musicians, instruments (including a grand piano) and 100 concertgoers are transported down the Colorado River by jet boat to a remote grotto, a natural red rock amphitheater that has perfect acoustics, for a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

Tickets for all concerts are available on-line or through the
